Contant-speed stirrer maintains uniform temperature throughout liquid and supplies sufficient agitation to keep solid reactant suspended in the acid mixture. Cube Moulds, 70.6mm & 50mm
Ref. Standard : IS:10080, 10086 We offer a range of cube moulds both in steel and cast iron for 70.6 mm and 50 mm cubes with ISI certification mark as per IS : 10080/10086. Three gang mould for 50 mm cube is also available. bolts and nuts. The concrete specimens are sealed in the cells to prevent any leakage along the side walls. The permeated water is collected in glass bottles attached at the bottom. Each test stall has its own control valves. The control Value are mounted on a sturdy welded structural stand. All multi-units are provided with end pressure gauges. Each unit is provided with chamber pressure gauges of 0-21 kg/cm2 and test pressure gauge of 0-17.5kg/cm Pressures are applied using any available pressure line at the site for a compressor. -
Vibrating Machine
Ref Std :IS 4031, IS 10080 A specially designed Vibration Machine is used for vibrating the mix in moulds at a frequency of 12,000 ± 400 cycles per minute, as per specifications. The Vibrator is mounted over coiled springs and the vibrations are developed by means of a revolving eccentric shaft. The centre of gravity of the vibrator, including the cube and mould, is either at the centre of the eccentric shaft or within 25mm below it. The simple design of the machine facilitates easy assembly and dismantling of the cube moulds. Each machine is supplied AIM 414 one cube mould with ISI Certification Mark and poking rod.
